Our membership year runs from 1st January until 31st December every year and we welcome applications to join the Society. To apply, please use the links below.

Yes, we do have a waiting list, currently about 3 years but there is NO WAITING LIST for Junior, Intermediate or Non-Angling membership.

Search For New Waters.
We are always interested in New Waters. Anyone bringing to the attention of the Society a new water that is then taken on, will be entitled to join the Society with one year’s free annual membership subscription.
Once established as a Prince Albert A S fishery, the person may join at a time convenient to them during the intake period of new members.

We will not take on waters from other clubs unless that club is relinquishing its tenure.

Junior Membership – No waiting list! No Joining Fee!

Existing Full Adult Members can add a Junior or Non-angling Member and pay on-line, from the Your Account section of the Web Members Area.
To join as a Junior Member you must be under 16 years of age on 31 March in year of application.
To join as a Junior Member under 12 if you are not already associated with a Full Adult Member, you must also join a Non-Angling Adult Member.

To join as a Junior Member over12 you may need to join a Non-Angling Adult Member as well depending on where you intend to fish.

Junior Membership is £25 with no joining fee and no waiting list.
Non-Angling Adult Membership is £15 with no joining fee and no waiting list.

To join as a Non-Angling Adult Member you must be over18 years of age on 31 March in year of application.

Age Specific Rules
Junior Members under the age of 12 years are not allowed to fish any water unless accompanied by an Adult Member, and then they must fish within 10 metres of the adult.
Junior Members 12 and over can fish most coarse still waters unaccompanied, during daylight hours only.
Juniors under 14 may only fish with one rod.
Junior Members are not allowed to fish rivers or night fish unless accompanied by an Adult Member.
Junior Members under the age of 10 are not allowed to fish during the hours of darkness, except during official matches/events.

The adult member is responsible for the Junior’s safety and conduct.

As a Junior member you’ll have full access to our Web Members Area Waters Guide showing all the Societies waters, directions, access and parking arrangements. An A4 printed version in a ring binder is available from the Web Members Area Shop.
Many of our waters are locked and require a key, also available from the Online Members Shop.

The PAAS App is also available to Junior members.

Intermediate Membership – No Waiting List!

To join as an Intermediate Member, you must be over 16 but under 18 years of age at 31st March in the year of application.

Intermediate Membership is £60 per year plus a joining fee of £60 in the first year.

Once your application has been processed you will be invited to join at the next New Members intake event.

Note: To fish at night, an intermediate member must be accompanied by an Adult Member (Full or Non-Angling) unless the Society has received a Consent Form from a parent or guardian. The consent form is available after joining.

Full Adult Membership – Apply online to join our waiting list

Our current Adult Full Membership fee is £150.00 per year, plus a joining fee of £150.00 in the first year but no payment is necessary until you are invited to join.
