To access the greyed out Renewals section, first tap the Padlock to get a Secure Access Code.
On a phone or if you’re ‘zoomed in’ the Padlock is in the menu. (The menu is the three horizontal lines).
On a phone DO NOT tap the back button or you’ll leave your current login session or the code you get will not work.
Once you enter the code, tapping Renewals will open your Catch Return. If you’re a coarse angler just tap Submit to send a nil return.
The next page allows you to confirm your personal details and select which if any Associate Members you wish to renew at the same time. (The green confirm button is at the bottom of the page).
If your details are not correct, tap the Your Account button to update them first. 
Also, if you wish to add a new Junior or Non-Angling associate member, tap the Your Account button to add them first.
