To access the greyed out Renewals menu, first tap the Padlock to get a secure Access Code.
Tapping Renewals will then open a page for you to confirm your personal details and select which if any Associate Members you wish to renew at the same time.
If your details are not correct, tap the Your Account button to update them first.
If you wish to add a new Junior or Non-Angling associate member, tap the Your Account button to add them first.
