We have been made aware of an issue beginning yesterday with Microsoft email addresses.
The problem is not unique to PAAS.
Until the issue is resolved you cannot receive a Security Code for the Web Members Area if you use a Microsoft email address.
Nor will you receive a reply from an enquiry to any @paas.co.uk address.
The addresses affected include but may not be limited to: Hotmail, msn.com, Live.com and Outlook.com

There are now no reported delivery failures to any Microsoft domains. Monitoring continues.
